Mohammedan Sporting Club Mourn Ghayasuddin Khan Passing

KOLKATA: Mohammedan Sporting Club are in a state of mourning following the passing of club’s long serving cricket coach Ghayasuddin Khan.

Khan, who had BCCI level 1 coaching degree, coached Mohammedan Sporting Club from 2006 to his last breath.

“I have received the devastating news of Ghayasuddin Khan’s passing,” laments Mohammedan Sporting Club Hony. General Secretary Mohammad Qamaruddin. “I am still reeling from the shock of hearing this sad news.”

Ghayasuddin Khan may be gone but he will never be forgotten. His memory will linger on in the hearts and minds of the Mohammedan Sporting Club faithfuls.” he further added.

A minute of silence will be observed in the memory of Khan, before tomorrow’s Calcutta Premier Division ‘A’ clash between Mohammedan Sporting Club plays Peerless SC at Club ground.
